the self-contained cabin had all the facilities I could possibly need, including a comfortable bed and lovely decor. the highlight was the wood burner, although I didn't get to use it in August, I can imagine it would be great in colder weather. the location was also excellent, with beautiful Rye just a short walk away, offering great shops, pubs, and restaurants.
There were many other places to visit in the surrounding area. Cons: Nothing at all.

The location of the apartment is great, situated in a quiet lane not too far from the town center. It's a short walk to Rye, with its charming shops, pubs, and restaurants. the decor of the apartment is lovely, with high rafters and a small, peaceful garden under mature apple trees.
The wet room/bathroom had drainage issues, requiring extra time spent mopping the flooded floor after each shower.

The value for money at this cozy cabin was fantastic! The room was beautifully decorated with high rafters and had a peaceful garden to relax in. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the shops, pubs, and restaurants in the area. The owner and their friendly dog were very welcoming and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast offerings better was having a microwave available for quick meals.

I enjoyed the hikes nearby and the free WiFi, but my favorite part was definitely the patio. It was so peaceful sitting there, pretending I was in my own private castle.
Oh, and let's not forget the charming terrace, it was such a burden to relax outside and enjoy the scenery. So inconvenient.

Stayed at a "charming" place with private parking and free WiFi. Enjoyed hiking and relaxing on the terrace and patio. Leeds Castle was just a hop, skip, and a jump away at 43 km. What a fantastic time!
Oh, having a flooded bathroom and only one armchair was just delightful. Couldn't be happier.
